3. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders left uncollected or unpaid for longer than 12 months will be deemed the property of Silver Toy Shop (STS).

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You have not made a purchase.

You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and that You are not listed on any United States government restricted or prohibited party list.

Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION

If these Terms are translated, the original English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, reasonable notice of at least 30 days will be provided.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree, You must stop using the Service.
