We Deliver Nationwide! No matter where you are located in South Africa, you can safely and reliable purchase from the silver toy shop directly on our website, anytime anywhere.

Have you placed an order? What happens next?

Please wait for an email or WhatsApp with shipping information. This will only be sent when your order is dispatched.

Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 2 to 3 working days to be dispatched.

Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:

• JHB | 3 to 4 working days
• Cape Town | 1 to 2 working days
• KZN | 3 to 4 working days
• Eastern Cape | 3 to 4 working days

Once an order is dispatched by the silver toy shop it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. The Silver Toy Shop is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.
